Do I see my portrait before I pay?
No. The portraits you see on this page are pre-made examples that show each style. Your own portrait is created only after your payment is confirmed — we never generate free personalized previews.
Will it look exactly like me?
We ask the AI to preserve your recognizable face and features while transforming the costume, makeup, background and lighting. Results vary with your photo and we can't guarantee a perfect likeness.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, front-facing, well-lit selfie of one person, with your whole face visible and no sunglasses or heavy filters. JPG, PNG or WebP.
How long does it take?
Most portraits finish within a few minutes of payment. You can watch the real status on your order page, and we email you when everything is ready.
What happens to my photo?
Your original selfie is stored privately and deleted as soon as your portraits are finished (or within 24 hours if you don't order). Finished portraits stay available for a limited time, then they are permanently deleted. We never use customer photos for marketing without separate permission.
Can I use a photo of someone else?
Only with their permission. You'll be asked to confirm that you have the right to use the photo.
What if something goes wrong?
If a portrait can't be created, we retry it automatically. If it still fails, contact us and we'll make it right or refund you.
Can I download my portraits?
Yes — high-resolution files with no watermark, from a private link tied to your order.
